Here's what you need to know
Before you book your experience, or while you wait for your extraordinary Detail Diamonds Mobile Detailing experience here are some answers to your frequently asked questions.
Deposit
Upon booking your detailing appointment, a deposit of 20% of your service is due. The deposit will go towards your total price for services rendered. It is NOT an additional fee. For example, if the total price is $200, and your deposit was $50, then at the time of checkout, you’ll only pay $150 (don’t worry, we’ll keep track of it all).
Accepted Payments
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash.

We like to get in and get out, after all, you have things to do!
Please remove personal items so we can achieve the best results. It helps us to stay on schedule and execute in a timely fashion. If excess items must be removed by our staff there will be an additional removal fee applied.
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
We are all human
We understand things happen. If you must reschedule/cancel please contact a member of our staff 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and a new one will be needed to reschedule your appointment.

24-48 hours before your service you will receive a confirmation txt or call. Please reply in a timely fashion so we can deliver prompt ETAs to everyone we are serving that day.
